Can I text or AI call the contacts that Visitor ID finds, or only email them?

Contacts found through visitor identification cannot be sent SMS messages or called by the AI calling agents, because those visitors have not opted in.

You can email them. You can also call them yourself as a person, for example with click to dial inside the platform, and depending on your niche you can use other human outreach such as direct mail or visiting in person.
