What host controls do I have in a Votel meeting?
As the host of a Votel meeting you can:
- Mute a participant remotely, for example someone with a lot of background noise.
- Choose whether participants can unmute themselves.
- Lower everyone's raised hands.
- Stop someone's screen sharing.
- Lock the room.
- Remove people from the meeting.
Attendees can use the raise hand button on the bottom bar to ask to speak.
A Votel meeting is a meeting setup where you see the participants and manage them with these controls. It is not the same as Zoom's webinar mode, which separates a stage from an audience you cannot see and who cannot unmute.
